Falling for you

I pressed in

Wanting to feel

More of you

The decadent lure

Of your eyes

The sweet tender pulses

Of your finger tips

A pool of impetuous

Desire

Endangered heart

Falling for you©

Fermented Fruit

thumb-1920-330221.jpg

Midnight unearth

Enigmatic smile

Hard to the core

Fermented fruit

enraptured lips

Tasting the juicy

Fragments of love

Passion Inflame

Deeply rooted

Surrendering to the fire

In your eyes

Fill me up with thunder

Consume me

With the addictive nature

Of your love

I choose you

I choose to cling to this euphoric dream

I witness the impending storm

building behind your eyes

Tonight we will welcome

The galaxy into our souls

I will watched the stars

Replaced your darkness

I will watch the celestial moon

erase your anger

I will watch the night

Expose your beautiful smile

And I

I will love you

Until the deep end of silence

Explodes with the sound of our heartbeats

And the frenetic rush and tremble of our bodies subsides©

Forgiven

woman-571715_960_720

I stand on the edge of despair

Eyes cast down

I gave up sometimes

Fearing I might not make it

Yet I keep holding on

Each day

I cry

Deep dark tears

Emptying my soul

I stumbled, falling, grasping

I keep holding on

I stand in the shadows

And there

I cried

My face masking

The pain that ripped at my heart

Deep, dark pain

Filling my soul with emptiness

I tried to remember a scripture

I once learned

The Lord is

My Shepard I shall not want

He made me

To lie down in green pastures

He restores my soul

I felt hope

Stirring within me

So I hold on

I knelt

Eyes to the ground

Praying, Seeking,

And there on my knees

He restores my soul

He refresh my mind

I cling to Him

And with a heart of love

He sets me free

I am crying now

But there’s no pain

No sorrow, no doubt

Only tears of Joy

I’m redeemed

Lifted up

I’ve found comfort

I’m free

To rest in His arms

Now I knelt

Eyes lifted towards heaven

And with a shout of victory

I know I’ve been forgiven

I rejoice in His presence

I step fourth in faith

And hope and love©

I crave your fierce lips

The pure rapture

Of your fingers

Played

A haunting melody

Beneath trembling flesh

Desire fulfilled©

When Beauty Fades

large

When beauty

Slowly fades

And time

Unforgiving

Takes all

Leaving behind

Callous hands

filled with dust

And the remnants

of dead desires

When feet

Laden with burdens

walk the bitter streets

And painted skin

Of Amber and Starlight

withered away

Your soul

Dancing atop beads

of Jasper

Atop glacier filled mountains

Your eyes bursting like limelight

Beneath the glorious sun

Even then

You remain

An eloquent song©

Our Legacy

pray-1639946_960_720

We became

Helpless warriors

Fighting

To the bitter end

A cause

A hope

A better future

Our legacy

Painted on tender lips

No ordinary love

Left behind©

Today Is The Day

Today is the day

Interrupt the sky

Break the halos

Kiss the silver lining

Lay between magnolia blooms

Hold the incessant

Beat of my heart

Spread out your ageless wings

Of topaz

Of rose buds

Taste the reward

In my words

In a valley of thorns

You are fire

And ice

You are majestic elegance

You are the lost melody

That is found deep

Within my trembling soul

You are delectable

My love

Rise up and be free©

Invisible love

Invisible love

Caught up in chains

Pretentious eyes

Obscure the pain

But the truth

Bleeds out

Of a barren heart©

Poetry Today

As Memories Fade

Drowning in a pool of my inner self

Unable to remember, to see clearly.

Time rob me of all I knew, everything I hold dear gone,

Erased, like the dew that slips through at day break

So does memories of you.

I held them once; your memories,

They kept me through the years.

Fading slowing, I tried to hold on.

I felt them now!

Deep down in the grey remains, I see your face

Smiling, bidding me to remember

To reach for what’s no longer there.

I reached out and touched loneliness

I smiled; knowing I can’t miss what’s not there.

Emptiness has filled the void where you once lived.

I knew you once!

I knew you when time was on my side

When promises burst open

And I fell deeply In love with you.

Have you ever watch someone you love, loose them self to Dementia. I think it’s one of the hardest thing thing you could ever go through.
