A temple of years
Spun
In a single second
Eyes look in
Infinite direction
The way is
Never clear
But the heart
Remains
Forever true©
Working hard
Fingers bled
Heart ache
Lonely hours
Midnight tears
Do not judge me
Let me be
You couldn’t last
A day
In my shoe©
Prompt-A Day
Tears
The day your eyes cried
Undiluted years
Ink your name
Upon my heart
A bond unbroken
In life and in death
You will always
Be mine©

Loving In Silence
Empty Cradle
Empty cradle
Rocking
By the fireside
Silent tears
Fall silently
Barren hands
Long to hold
The forgotten
Painful memories
Held Tight
The light is no more
Receding joy
No longer my comfort
Scarred womb
Cried out
Hollow tears
Disconnect the soul
Empty cradle
My forever torment©
Be Uniquely You
To differ oneself from others and stand out
Is to be genuinely unique!
Consider how dull life would be,
If we keep doing and repeating
The same things,
A revolving door of words, Thoughts and deeds.
The challenge raised is simple,
Be irreplaceable
Be different, Be Uniquely You.

Today is not just any Wednesday, today is whimsical Wednesday; make plans to do something fun outside, laugh a little more, find joy in the simple things, watch the sun set or rise, discover something around you that you’ve never seen before. Make room in your life for a little fun.

Your smile fades and you’re all alone,
Overwhelming pain to endure!
How comforting it would be
To ease your broken heart!
To feel the ocean drip from your eyes
As I too weep for thee.
Oh! When I embraced your aching heart
I too must believe,
That all has been lost
And for once it’s good to grieve.
Memories of your endearing love
Will always burn within thee,
Until you accept the truth
And set her spirit free.
