
As we watch the year pass by, we can’t help but notice that everything is changing and moving at a faster pace. We get carried along in the chaotic hustle of everyday living, without a moment to slow down and let our mind and body rest. Today I want to share ten positive affirmation that we can repeat each day to help calm our minds and help us slow down and focus on where we are, and also, to give our soul time to get caught up with our mind and body.
