Do not despised the day
The day will remain
As it should
Despised instead the tongue
That has corrupted
The day

With vile thoughts
Infect the souls of many
Do you not see
Have you not heard
Or feel
Evil crawling
Along your veins
Waiting for an opportunity
To trap you in deceit
Deception is at your door
Open your eyes
See the truth
Blue moon
Bluer than my aching heart
That craved the need
To see you one last time
Before the sultry summer nights
Eat away your memories
And left me no comfort
Only the induce pain
Of a lonely mother
Holding forgotten memories
Inside her fragile heart
The power of poetry has
